RECESS - January 25

 

Hi, Boys and Girls-Today is January 25 and I have a good health tip for you today. A health tip is something like:

1. Brush your teeth every day. 

2. Get plenty of rest. 

3. Exercise regularly

Probably the best tips for good health are about nutrition (new tri shun). What you put into your body for fuel is very important to how you grow and to how you think. My tip for good health is to eat lots of vegetables. Here is a list of some of my favorites and you should eat two or three servings of vegetables each day.

1. corn 

2. peas 

3. green beans 

4. asparagus 

5. carrots 

6. squash (There are lots of different kinds of squash-all good!) 

7. broccoli 

8. cauliflower 

9. spinach 

10. celery
