RECESS - February 1 Hi,Boys and Girls-Welcome to the February Activity Calendar. I have some neat stuff for you this month. We have Valentine's Day. Washington's Birthday, Lincoln's Birthday, and Thomas Edison's Birthday to talk about plus lots more crafts, pictures to color, book reviews, and recipes. Our first activity is a word game that we have done before. So many of you liked this that I think I will give you one or two each month. Let me know if you like it too be either going to the BULLETIN BOARD or sending me an email at jlresource@aol.com. See how many words you can make out of the following. Remember you are going for 50 points and you can only use each letter as often as it appears in the word. Give yourself one point for each word you have that has 5 letters or more.
