RECESS - February 10

Hi, Boys and Girls-Today is February 10. I have several neat Valentine's Day things for you today. First is the cover of a good valentine story called One Very Best Valentine's Day by Joan Blos. She is an award winning (Newbery Medal) writer. The illustrator, also an award winner (Caldecott Medal) is Emily Arnold McCully.

The story is about a little girl who breaks her bracelet and......you read to find out more. Anyway, it has to do with different colored valentines and I have colored some that I colored for you. Scroll down to see them. You can decorate valentines in different ways like these. If you can't draw a valentine, scroll down further and I have done some for you. See you tomorrow-Mrs. L
