RECESS - February 22

 Hi, Boys and Girls-Today is February 22. I hope you enjoyed those beautiful pictures of the snow at Lake Tahoe. I certainly had a wonderful time. I love to ski and be in the snow. It does not snow where I live so I must drive up to the Sierra Nevada Mountains to ski, look at the beautiful scenery and be in the snow.

Well, we have just had Presidents Day Weekend off from school so I thought I would give you a picture to color of a cannon blasting off some stars for the President’s Day Weekend Celebration. Hope you like it. Also, here is the cover of a good book about George Washington. It is easy to read and tells a lot about the man who was our first president.
