RECESS
- March
4
Hi Boys and Girls-today is
March 4
and here is the craft I promised you. In many places there is still lots of snow on the
ground so I thought we might make one last snow craft. It will be a scene with some snow
on the ground and some pine trees just to make the scene pretty. First is a picture of a
real snow scene, then a picture of what yours may look like. Use the outline of the tree
to cut yours out.
What You Need
Scissors
Some green colored paper
Some blue (or any color you like) colored
paper
A glue stick or white glue
Some cotton balls or pieces out of your junk
box
What To Do:
Download the tree outline and cut it out.
Then trace around it on your green paper and make as many trees as you want. Cut out your
trees. Glue them down on your paper. Glue snow on the ground and on the trees too if you
think that looks good. Have fun-See you tomorrow with a word game called the
Dino-Scramble. We are going to be talking for the next few days about dragons and
dinosaurs so I thought you might like this. Mrs. L.
