RECESS - March 22

Hi Boys and Girls-Today is March 22. I have a book review for you today. You may have read this book already but just in case you haven’t I would like you to try to find a book called Where the Wild Things Are written and illustrated by Maurice Sendak. You can find this book in your school library, in your local public library, on AMAZON.COM, or in any children’s bookstore.

It is about a little boy who is sent to his room for being naughty. He falls asleep and dreams that he goes to a land "where the wild things are" and that he tames them all. He gets lonely for home though and tries to go back. When he wakes up he sees that his mom has brought him supper and he knows that he is still loved best of all at home.
