RECESS - March 29

Hi, Boys and Girls-Today is March 29 and I have a riddle game for you to guess today. All of the answers have something to do with Easter, Spring or March. The first two lines tell you something about the word and the third line tells you what the word rhymes with. Here also is a cute little bee who is all ready to help you think of the answers. He will also be back tomorrow when the answers are posted to see if your were correct. Here we go: 

I return in Spring.

I come in beautiful colors.

I rhyme with powers.

 

I am a season.

I come after winter

I rhyme with bring.

 

I come at Easter.

I bring baskets for children.

I rhyme with sunny.

 

You can eat me.

You can dye me different colors.

I rhyme with leg.

 

You put me away when the weather gets warm.

I am often made of wool.

I rhyme with goat.

         I am the name of this month.

         I start with M.

I rhyme with starch.

 

I fly in the sky.

I am made of paper.

I rhyme with right.

 

I am on a certain kind of boat.

I am big and made of heavy cloth.

 I rhyme with nail.
