RECESS May 19

Hi, Boys and Girls - Today is May 19 and I have some interesting WEB SITES you may want to check out today. I am using my book called Free Stuff For Crafty Kids on the Internet by Judy Heim and Gloria Hansen to find these cool sites. First, if you go to the RECESS section of the SITE you will find a good ORIGAMI to make. Remember, ORIGAMI is the art of Japanese Paper Folding. Well, in the book there are lots of SITES to go to for ORIGAMI. Here are some of them. Sy’s Paper Folding Page (http://www.erols.com/sychen1/pprfld.html). Here you can download instructions for how to fold a boat, a pyramid, and a pumpkin face. Another good SITE is called BARF which stands for Bay Area Rapid Folders. That is a pretty funny name-huh? The SITE is http://www.krmusic.com/barfup.htm. Here you can find diagrams for a violin, a surfer on a wave, and (Oh, My!) a chocolate covered ant.
