RECESS July 25

Hi Boys and Girls-It is July 25 today and we have about five weeks left of our summer if you are a student here in California. If you are somewhere else (I would love to hear from someone from a different country or place.) I hope you are at least enjoying our calendar. I have a guessing game today that is kind of from the Amelia Bedelia story we reviewed yesterday. I will give you the answers tomorrow and then I want you to make up a guessing game of your own. Anyway, try to figure out the answer (It is pretty easy.) then tune in tomorrow. Also, let me know (jlresource@aol.com) your game.

In this game it is a GOOD thing to steal!

Everyone tells you not to HIT but in this game you should.

You don’t want to be a big SWINGER in this game.

You might wear a HARDHAT but you are not a construction worker.

When you go HOME the game still goes on!

There is BATTER in this game but you don’t make pancakes out of it.

When you get to FIRST you are not always the winner.

When you CATCH something it is not the flu or measles but you do try to get rid of it as fast as you can.

You can be SAFE, but not for long.

Something can be LOADED but it is not your computer.
