When I went to Elephant School one of the hardest things for me to do was to get myself started on homework that was not due the very next day. You know what I mean-the long project or the book report that was not due until next week. I kept thinking that I had a whole lot of time and did not notice when that time went by. Sometimes I would wind up on the night before trying to do a job that I should have started two weeks ago. I should have done a little bit each night so I could be done on time. Has that ever happened to you? I bet it has!

So, Boys and girls, that is my first tip-start your assignments early and do a little bit each night. You will do a much better job and will not have to stay up late the night before to finish.
