Review:

This book is not for the faint of heart. The pictures are delightfully gruesome and Frank is a monster on a mission. He really, really, really, wants to dance. I read this story to groups of children to illustrate that different is all right. Frank is just a guy who has a goal. It should be read by a parent and then discussed. Children "get" the message right away.
