Review:
Gwendolyn’s Gifts is about a queen who is bored. How
can a queen be bored, you say? We think the queen has neat stuff to do all day and fun
places to go, but maybe not. This queen wants to actually do something useful. She wants
to learn things and do things like other people, not just sit around the palace all day.
Read this story to find out how she sneaks out of the palace and learns to do some
creative crafts and how she teaches her husband the king to do some of the things he has
always wanted to do as well. This king and queen don’t just sit around the palace any
more!! The lesson with this story is the hard sound of the letter "Gg."
