Review:

This is a story about a little girl who lives in an apartment building in a city. She has a very noisy neighbor upstairs and she is very frightened by all of the sounds and clatter when she can’t see or know what is happening. Her mother thinks of a good solution to the problem. She takes the little girl upstairs to meet the big noise maker. Read the story to find out who it is and what he is really like. This story has "line drawn" pictures that would be fun to try to copy when you read the book.
