Book Review

Review:
When Joey went to bed, he did not want to go to sleep. He
had heard that the Sandman came at night, and wanted to meet him. Try as he may, Joey
couldn't stay awake. When he falls asleep, he falls into the world of the Sandman, and
travels with him for the night. The Sandman sails in a wondrous air ship. Joey returns to
his home in the early morning, and then wakes up.
Was it just a dream? If it was just a dream, how did Joey's
Red Rocket wagon get that wonderful sail? You read the book and decide. The pictures are
fantastic, and won the New York Times award for the Best Illustrated Children's Book.
